Dv case withdraw after taking interim maintenance

Wife has filed withdraw application in DV case stating that the case is 6 yrs old ,long dates are given and case being prolonged even after given several application to expedite .
Wife has not proved her case ,so I want the interim maintenance amount back . How can I get it ?

DV case is different and Maintenance is different.Whether DV Case is there are not the Maintenance has to be Paid failing which action could be initiated by the Honorable Courts.

Sir the interim maintenance is awarded in DV case ,there is no other maintenance case. How can she take interim maintenance for almost 5 years and withdraw the case without proving ?
Please experts guide me on this .

An interim direction does not survive once the main petition/application is withdrawn. However, for a precise suggestion as to the present query the pronouncements of the Court need to be perused.

Experts please advice whether I should be asking interim maintenance back ? Wife is well qualified and earning.
