Gap days between relieving and joining

I was working in central government as senior statistical officer i technically resigned on 29th sep 2017.after that there were 3 days holidays 30th sept dussehra 1 St Oct Sunday and on 2nd Oct Gandhi jayanti so I joined as pgt in Delhi govt on 3rd Oct .I have not been paid salary for these 3 days how these days will be included in my service

Would not have been paid if it was compassionate transfer. It is case of Technical resignation so movement is in public interest to be treated on the same footing as transfer (Pay/TA/DA Joining time etc @ admissible in old post)

Put up your claim for payment of 3 days salary, otherwise, the period shall be treated as "break" in service and shall affect your entitlement(s) throughout.
