property share of concubine

Dear sir

1. In a situation the Mr X died.He was married and not divorced. He kept concubine and produced one offspring. Can She and children can claim property rights of his father Mr x share where she lives even the house is not in her name. Kindly reply by supporting settled case law on this.

we request to quote that SC Judgement to support the answer.
Still it is not clarified if concubine has some rights in property share of her lover with whom she lived like illegal wife and produced child.?
Pls look into this query.

A concubine has NO rights in property OF LOVER BUT HER SON HAS UNDER LAW.
