Harrasment by sho of police station to constable

R/Sir
I am serving in Haryana police as constable,SHO of my police station is enemical towards me,even he does not sanctioned my emergency leave,my mother is seriouslly ill and i have to accompy her to another state for better treatment but SHO with malafide intention is not allowing me, i have to go to accompany my mother for treatment,i also do not want to loose my job,can i file any case in district civil courts.Kindly help,i m in great trouble.Thanx

Instead of filing any case, you are advised to move an application to your SP through your DSP to deal with the present problem as civil suit is no remedy to your problem.

Mr. Makkad is right. In such cases, it is the hierarchy which can help. The civil court has little or no jurisdiction in Administrative matters.

both the opinion are correct,you need to look towards SP as advised by Mr.Makkad.

The Civil Court have no jurisdiction for your case. This is totally administration matter. as suggested by experts, you need to adhere the same. If SP/Dsp fails to help you,then you can go to the High Court.
