Dear Experts,

My friend wife case to his husband.Interm amount to 4500 per month.Now final jedjament coming 5400.Now diff. amount 900*80=72000.Now his wife want this amount together.My friend want this amount monthly basis Rs. 5400+2600=9000 . So what can't do.He goes to count say i want pay amount like or He wait for his wife claim diiff for court.Becuase he don't want go court.pls suggestion.

make an application to court that differntial amount of rs 72,000 / be paid in period of 6 months or so as you are not in position to pay said amount immediatedly

The court most of time ask the husband to pay the arrears in instalments.
