hi am sujay , our grand parents stay from last 65 years , after that 2 brothers were staying in that pagdi system flat , my father is paying the rent from last 25 years & through chq , but the rent recipt we recive in name of v s s... which is my gradfathers name , my fathers initials & my uncles initials r same , but electricity bill is in my fathers name & we have valid ration card , now the problem is that my uncle & son has now moved out of our place for last 5 years they stay some where else , now they r asking for money or they want to come back to our place or they say that they wil send us notice through court , i want to ask u that is it possible that the can come back & stay with us again is there any law that they cant come back , how can we stop them leagaly pls reply

on your grand father death application should have been made tp transfer rent receipt in name of leagl heirs staying with your garnd parents .
since your dad and his brother were the only legal heirs rent receipt should be transferred. in their name .
better arrive at an amicable settlement with your uncle .
request the landlord to transfer rent receipts .

U request the landlord to transfer Rent Receipt on your name.
Your uncle will not come to reside with you, it may be very uncomfortable to do you, so do not worry abt it.
