Husband committed suicide

Hi All,

My husband committed suicide by immolating himself 2 years ago. Their family members filed a case against my family. They created some fake document as a " Suicide note" and signed it by themselves.

We got bail and it has been 2 years,we didnt receive any summon from the court. We also enquired in the court but they always telling some dates.

Kindly let me know, will this case affect the life of my family members?

If you get convicted then only there is a question of effect.
Else it would be usual case pending for some time.

Based on facts of the case ,evidences placed before the court and arguments of advocates of both sides , court will give its decision.If you feel innocent,you have nothing to worry about until and unless you are proved guilty by the court.Moreover , If the decision goes against you, you have the right to challenge it before the superior court.However,I will advice you to consult a reputed criminal lawyer to defend your case before the court at the time of hearings.
