No complaint can be changed or amend,but additional incidence or witness can be included at the time of evidence.

YES, with the leave of the Court.
DV have no strict Cr. PC or CPC, and Magistrate have endless discretion, as far as Domestic Violence is concerned. , to meet end of justice.

So ans is YES.

DV is not Complaint opp party is not accused.
