Disinheritance

(Querist) 31 August 2012 This query is : Resolved
Can a son who has been disinherited by his father claim his share in his ancestral property?
Anirudh (Expert) 31 August 2012
First tell the complete details / history about the property - like who first purchased it, when was it purchased, what happened to the person who purchased it (i.e. when did he die), etc. etc., in a chronological order.

Without this, nobody can really provide any useful answer to your query. If anybody provides any answer based on your above query, please take it from me, the answer cannot be said to be appropriate. Ofcourse, the answer given may prove to be correct by sheer chance - and certainly not on account of any legal basis.

State full facts.
Anirudh (Expert) 01 September 2012
I find that lot of persons only give very little facts but expect answers to their query.

If any additional information is asked, they simply vanish. It only shows that they are not serious in getting appropriate reply.

This is one such case.

Dear Nishant,

It is true that I was not specifically asked here. But, being a query in the public forum, I said whatever I wanted to.

Now that you have indicated why did you vanish, take your time, find out the facts and come back, we are here to provide the needed answer to you.

One more request, please do not use sms language in this forum.
