This query is : Resolved
An injunction is obtained from the magistrate court by the tenant for not vacating the premises. The injunction is an interim injunction till 13-oct-12.
If an interim injunction is passed and the the validity of the injunction obtained is till 13-oct-12,is the injunction still valid.
Thanks & Regards,
Ramesh
