SIR
I am a Paramilitary Officer , Our pay and allowances matters are looked after by our Pay and Accounts Office which incliudes civilian staff . An amount deducted from my pay without intimate me the reason. I enquired the matter through letters many times but no response received .Can this matter can be asked through RTI or exploiting all departemental procedures is necessary before filing RTI. In this to which Information Officer I had to submitt RTI application . is there any implication in filing RTI as a Force Person.

You can ask information under the RTI Act.
If you don't know the name of PIO, then make covering letter in the head of department, requesting to transfer rti application to the pio.
