ONE WHO IS MAJOR AND OF SOUND MIND AND HAS BEEN NOT DECLARED INSOLVENT BY COURT OF LAW
AND DOES HAVE THE CONSIDERATION MONEY AGREED CAN BUY THE HOUSE DESIRED BY GETTING A SALE DEED REGISTERED FROM IT'S OWNER WHOM HE IN LAW IS REQUIRED TO ASCERTAIN TITLE AND OWNER SHIP AFTER WELL WORKED DUE DILIGENCE,THAT IS VERIFYING THAT SELLER HAS A MARKETABLE TITLE AND HE IS NOT AN IMPERSONATE.
