Partition of property under muslim law

we are two brothers and 4 sisters and my father and mother have expired the partition is not done yet. i and my brother have individual sites which is splitup so we do not know were does our sites come and my brother without my consent has done s survey from a private surveour what should i do because my site is also there

You should file a suit of injunction to restrain your brother from doing any thing on site till the same is not partitioned.

Getting the survey is not an illegal activity so there is no cause of action to go to Court. If you have good relations with your brother, talk to him about this survey and then decide what to do in advice with local lawyer.
