you should file an application before the court u/s 21 B of Hindu Marriage act. and next time when you post your query please select specific Title ( Divorce) is not comes in Business law it's comes under family law.

apply for true copy, & read under wh act he applied ur petition . ur lawyer s the person u shd ask first. . Even before u sign it to file ion court.
