Parking rule

(Querist) 08 January 2013 This query is : Resolved
If there is no parking in the building and residents have to park outside the building then wnat are the restrictions therein.

There are many shops opposite to my building and those people occupy that parking space adjancent to our building thereby leaving no /limited space for the residents of that building. In such case what is the course of action.

You have got no preferential right over the property of the municipality may it is adjacent to your building. Better to obtain specific permission from the municipal authorities and then enforce your right by legal means.
