dear sir,
first thanks all lawyer for giving me very very valuble advaices.
Sir i got a judgment in my civil suit in favour of me in DISTRICT SUB-COURT.the same problem suit is also pending in the MUNICIPAL COURT with the same defendents.
MY QUESTIONS:-
* In this MUNICIPAL COURT i filed a suit against 2 defendents (A&B),and also the defendents A & B filed a suit against me seperatly.
* As i got a judgement in favour of me in SUB-COURT can i clear this 3 suit.(how i want to proceed and what i want to do)
* the defendent (B) just only filed a suit he is not coming the judge said if he is not coming on the next hearing he will be set experte and also in the SUB-COURT judgement also he was experte.(he is not coming to court and he is not having any proper documents but he is filing a suit again and agian) to stop this what i want to do.

draw attention of court to fact that in repsect of same cause of action repeated suits have been filed . subseqnet suits would be barred by res judicata .
it is necessary to go through the suits filed by A and B to opine whether said suits have een filed repeatedly in respect of same cause of action

Obtain the copies of the order sheets of such suits filed by him against you and put those in every case so that his cases may be got dismissed on the basis of filed on frivolus ground and moreover you may resort to section 10 and 11 of Civil procedure code in such suits.
