if there is a provision in press act or indian constitution for any institution/union /federation/association/public forum/business community regarding to publish a monthly/weekly internal publication bulletin/newspaper without registration for only members.

i want to know that wether a fedretion can publish a internal news paper/ bulletin without registration for only members of fedration.

If, the pulication is not to be issued on fixed regular intervals and you do not also want to avail subsidised newsprint quota and the concesssional postage rates for mailing to members, you can do so. But, if the publication is proposed to be issued on fixed regular intervals, i.e., weekly, mothly or quarterly, you will have to register the same with the office of the Press Registrar of India after due approval of the name of the journal by that office.

thank you sir, i also want to know that editors & printers name should be print or not in the print line of the internal publication without registration. and can i publish advertisement of any business firms.
