Details of salary slip

good evening all!
in a maintenance case the salary slip of husband would be required so i want to know how to obtain a govt employee's salary details using RTI?

Instead of getting such information through RTI, it is better too summon the salary record of the husband in court. RTI application may be denied as the salary is a personal matter of an employee which cannot be given to any person on demand unless employee concerned provides his written consent thereto.

course of action stated by Mr Makkar is more effective than RTI.

Even if the information is given you will get the details of today's salary. Evidence of author of statement will still be needed.

If the record is summoned then the details salary as on date and drawn on previous dates will be there and opposite counsel can ask any questions to deptt rep and later cannot allege denial of opportunity.
