Charitable trust in rajasthan

A trust is registered under Rajasthan Public Trust Act 1959 and in the trust deed there is no any provision regarding appointment of new trustee and removal of any trustee.

My query is that how a new trustee ca be appointed and what procedure will be followed.

Rajasthan Public Trust Commissioner have power to do so

Even if the trust deed do not contain the procedure but the trust is bound to follow the Rajasthan Public Trust Act 1959 which duly contains the procedure. Follow that procedure and get the desired way out.
