Rules for use of club house / gymnasium / swimming pool facilities for those residing as tenants ?

In Housing society Rented premises or premises available to rent should be allowed to use club house & Gym ?
I live in a rented property for a long term stays of more than 6 months and is
written in rental agreement to use all facilities but . I want to know
whether I am allowed to use club house and Gymansium facility in Big Housing
Neelkanth Valley complex , Ghatkopar Where there are 11 building individual society
and a apex body federation Now the federation committee dont allow us to use the Club hous and Gymansium facility ,even though owner of the flat who is in usa has allowed ?
Pl guide for the Use of club house / gymnasium / swimming pool facilities is restricted to authorized members of the society and those residing as tenants/lessees with prior approval from the society.

It shall be better to go through the bye-laws of the society to that effect otherwise merely on the basis of rent agreement, a tenant do not get such rights.
