Return of property

In Excise Offences, the property seized shall be produced before the Excise Commissioner and the disposal order issuance power is vested with them only to my knowledge.

Can a magistrate court can deal with the seized property in Excise offences, like in general IPC cases. IF so, please let me know the provisions or citations in this regard.

the case is under central excise act or state excise ACT? both the rules are different from each other,as in delhi excise act & rules, rules no. 132 is related to disposal of confiscated goods.

If the property has been seized by Excise commissioner, he shall only deal with it and court shall not intervene.
