A case, i.e. action in law, requires cause of action. Contents of the affidavit or the indemnity bond could be the basis of the pleadings therein.

What do you mean by Affidavit or indemnity bond, if it cannot be sued on? Problem today is who gives is counting today. see PM said yesterday that CBI is the Executive controlled body in CBI conference. Earlier AG filed SLP APPEAL against Gauhatti high court Order on CBI. ALL SLPs per force is to accompany by an urgent AFFIDAVIT. PM's statement in CBI conference DOES IT NOT SHOW SOMETHING CONTRARY! SO POSITION AND INFLUENCE WORKS. PM statement proves by so many words that CBI is indeed a GBI = government controlled investigation agency. Well anyone trust CBI investigation at all!
truth any affidavit and indemnity bond is sueable in the case of all ordinary mortals!

Author is still silent over the questions raised by experts. It seems he and his query both are non-serious.
