Yes but u need to take permission from the court by moving application for bringing additional documents/papers.

I agree with Expert Mr. Nikhil Sing.
Appeal Court does not allow applicant to argue on non-docketed documents in lower court. However it allows additional citations laws to argue the case.

I agree with experts opinion. Additionally you can add more citations to strengthen the case, but not permitted to fill up the lacuna left behind in the lower court.
