Dear team
The residential flat lease deed is expried on 2000.the authority is not renewed the lease deed for 30 years due to some issue. Now the flat owner wants to sell the flat. The buyer wants to loan on said flat from bank . kindly clarify the legal documents for loan on expiry of lease deed for bank.

BANK CAN GRANT LOAN IF DESIRES.
SUIT OF EVICTION REQUIRED AS TENANCY HAS STOOD TERMINATED BY EFFLUX OF TIME.
BANK NEEDS TITLE DEED IN FAVOR OF PROPOSED
VENDOR.

on expiry of lease deed has any notice for eviction being issued by lessor ?
whether any lease rentals are being paid by the lessee on expiry of lease period .
who is in possession of the flat?
is owner in position to deliver possession of flat to buyer?
bank will give loan only if title is clear and marketable of the house

Property can be sold even if it is given on tenant.
The tenancy would continue even not renewed till vacated by consent or court orders.
Bank can give loan if satisfied otherwise.
