In my Sale Agreement with Developer I found that there is a spelling mistake of owner, which is typed as Owmer. And ward as Nard. Will it create any problem?

It is only a Typing/Clerical Error and there should not be any Problem. For any Correction of Errors in Registered Deeds both the Parties should be Compulsorily Present in Registrar Office and Rectification Deed to be Executed as any other Registrations and presence of witnesses also Must.To my knowledge in your case there should not be any issues and Apply For EC and statements in EC regarding your Transaction would easily prove or Confirm this particular Transaction.

If it is not a deed and only an agreement, get it corrected executed, signed and registered in the deed. Once deed is executed, signed and registered that is conclusive i.e., includes this agreement and no need to get a separate correction deed.

Such typo errors do occur, do not make a fuss about it, be careful with the sale deed document before getting it registered.
