Dear sir pllsss tell me the prodecure how to stop my father selling his own propetry. .witout our knowledge my father is selling our own house do to some misundrstng

If you own something, whether can I stop you from selling it?

Likewise, if the property is your father's, how can you stop him from selling it? It is his property - he can sell it, gift it or even given the same by way of WILL to anybody that he likes.

If you so wish that your father should not sell the property and keep it for future for you and your other relatives like brother, sister, mother etc., then better behave and try to remove whatever misunderstanding that you may have.

Legally, you do not have any case.

Your father can sell / mortgage / gift / will his self acquired / purchased property, you have no right to stop him.

You can't stop. Your father can dispose of his own property in any manner he likes.

Usually parents to not take such step until feeling compelled.

Involve elders of the family and all brothers/sisters assure the father and remove the misunderstanding that you have quoted.

Such exceptional steps are taken by parents only when they get extreme mental torture in the hands of their children or are kept deprived of even proper food and care in their old age.

You have to take a review of and men your own attitude or your wife's attitude towards your father
