hello sir, my question about gift deed. my grand father want to make gift deed to me about his own flat n we are living together without OC (occupation certificate).so it is possible without oc (occupation certificate)my grand father make gift deed? thanks reply asap.

Why not gift can give to any one

There is no hindrance to make a gift of a flat even if OC is not available.

ok thank you for your suggestions but my lawyer said registrar officer tell him (to my lawyer) without OC you can't make gift deed so now what can i do tell me please. thanks reply asap.
