I Have Recived a summon from court of 138 ni act and have appointed a lawyer but lawyer has asked me not to come to court on the 1 st date he will ask for next date and should appear on that day before court is it possible

As i was kidnapped once in may out of poilice station he has said me there may be chances of same thing so he said wait for next date and in betwween we will record are plea and pay the bond

So, since that day after release from kidnappers, are you staying in some hide out for the last 8 months after May, and you may not be going anywhere outside after that?
Also will not there remain any chance of your kidnapping after the first date of hearing?
Your story is quite unconvincing.

Really the police station made sure that i dint recive the summon they made sure that i could not file fir when i was kidnaaped m staying away from my place where as my family is staying at my old address itself police is not taking any action this is the reason that if i go to court there may be chances of kidnapping me again as the cheques upon which 138 ni act is filled are taken from me at that point of time when i was kidnapped

You can file police complaint if you have apprehension of kidnapping and seek police protection.
