ADOPTION DEED

R/sir

One unmarried lady who is a govt. servent adopted her sister's daughter according to hindu rites but b4 registering adoption deed the parents of the adoptive child died in an accident. Now the department ask her the adoption deed. what remedy is avilable for the lady for registration the adoption deed?
or any other remedy for the court of law.

First of all Court guardian should be got appointed in this matter on behalf of that orphaned child and the appointed guardian shall get executed the proceeding of adoption of that orphaned child after seeking permission from the court.

After death of the parents of that child, the situation has changed. Now he is owner of the properties left by his/her parents so courts shall take such matters seriously and shall judge minutely.
