Bar Council of India Exam

Dear Sir/Madam

Sir, my name is J. Srinivas i recently completed my LLB graduation for the acadamic year of 2010. Sir, the bar council of india had kept exam for practice as an advocate. Sir, i had paid the fee. I have one doubt regarding this exam, if i qualify this exam, is there any particular stiphned. And bar council of india had kept this exam for the first time, and throughout india this exam is common for all states. Some states are paying stiphneds to there junior advocates after enrolling in there particular state. Is there any particular advantages to writing exam.

Bar Council of india does not give any such stiphend. If you do not write the exam and if you do not clear the exam then you will not be able to practice as an Advocate.
