If I buy a new flat in some building, what registration charges will I have to pay?
How much stamp duty?

You have to pay the applicable stamp duty and registration charges depending upon value of the property / or the circle rate if any applicable whichever is higher in the locality in which you are buying the property. It will be better for you to approach the Sub-Registrar's office concerned where the property is to be registered. They will indicate to you the applicable rate.
