where to file application for setting aside exparte award of labour court ?
can it be filed within one month of actual knowledge of the award ? when does the award of labour court attains finallity? kindly sugguest

You need to file an appeal in the High Court against the order passed by the Labour Court.
An appeal shall be filed within 60 days of the date of order of Labour Court.

the award becomes enforceable after one month of publishing by the appropriate Govt. You can move an application for setting aside ex-parte award if you have good reasons for not attending the proceedings.
