Harrasment by builder and delay in possesion

Dear Sirs,
I have purchased a flat from builder SRS in Faridabad in Feb 2011 and the delivery was offered to me in the month of June 2011.
But builder has failed to deliver its promise and even today, no information regarding possession is given to me, i have made several follow-ups with them but nobody replied from builder side.
Other thing is builder harassment in the name of illegal demands. Builder is asking undue payment for which i am asking the justification.Instead of giving justification, they are sending me threat letter for cancellation of my property.

contact a local lawyer . agreement must be containing a clause if posession is not delivered by June 2011 interest would be paid by builder till posession is given .

issue legal notice to builder . move consumer forum for deficency in services and seek compensation for dely in giving posession .

either you can file civil suit for specific performance act or deficiency service to go consumer court.

Please consult a local lawyer along with a copy of your agreement.It normally contains a penalty clause for delay in delivery.First of all ,it will be necessary to issue a well drafted legal notice.Then either file a suit for specific performance or a complaint before the Consumers Forum.However, proceedings before the Consumers Forum would be much faster.

You may get compensation and interest on paid amount through Consumer Court. I contested against renewed builder and got such relief at Delhi
