Dear All If compliance certificates issued to the company are missing out on certain dates of Board Meetings, then what is the remedy to bring the compliance certificate in line with the law. Please advice.

I am sorry, your question is not clear as to what do you exactly mean by "compliance certificate" issued by whom to the company? Pls elaborate your query to apply our mind to do the needful.
