Hiring employees on commission bases

Hello I'm the president of a educational society. I have very little money for advertising so I'm thinking of hiring Commission based employees to bring in customers. I was thinking of having the pay be 10% of the money brought in for any customer the employee gets to use our services.

Yes this is very much legal and can well be included in the Job Contract.
Most of the Real Estate websites based in India do incorporate such clauses in their respective job contract.
Do contact a lawyer to draft such contract. There is no ready made form .

Please clarify the following points:
1) What are the aims an objectives of the educational society?
2) For what purposes the employees' services would be used by the society?
3) Whether the commission based employees would be resident employees at connecticut or would be required to serve from India?
4) If the commission based employees are supposed to serve while living in India, what would be the mode of remittance of the commission to them?

1) Aim of society is to provide vocational education.
2)Employee's service will be used to let the Students and people know the policies of society & to bring in students.
3)employees are required in India. and society is registered in India.

When the society is in India, employment will be in India, what concern you wanted to show with the place/ State of Connecticut of your living in the New England region of the northeastern United States, as you stated, "I'm in Connecticut and was wondering if this is legal"?
Anyway, you can contact any of the above mentioned experts for drafting of the needful contract document. But, be sure, the activity should not be of fraudulent nature, e.g., for bogus courses.
