Dear Senior
wife is not having child because she is female eunuch i was not aware about her after 7 year can i file 420 case against her or her parents. i am not having her medical report. Now can court give direction her to get medical tested. she is post graduate in MCA whereas i am MBA student and not doing any job. in this circumstance she is deserve for taking maintenance and 8 lakhs rupees compensation. i don't know she is working or not.

You cannot file the desired criminal case against her and you shall have to pay her maintenance allowance even if you are a student and she is not earning hand.

But sir you did not tell can court give direction her to get medical tested.

Court can direct her to get herself medically tested but the test you want is impossible to confirm the tendency of a human being.

so without report how can i prove she is eunuch certainly she will deny. it means i never prove it. sir is there any option to get her medical report.

I have not denied about her medical test but really I dont know which test shall prove your allegation. It is better to get this information from a medical practitioner.
