Partition of property

(Querist) 11 April 2013 This query is : Resolved
how is the partition of house done by the revenue officer under the land revenue act?
prabhakar singh (Expert) 11 April 2013
A revenue officer or revenue court does not have jurisdiction over a house property.

Such a partition, if can not take place due to disagreement between parties, the jurisdiction for partition lies in the Civil Court, before CIVIL JUDGE.
