my father had relationship with one women but not got married her. she has one 5 years son now. but my father was staying with us. after my fathers death (before retirment)that woman is fighting for my fathers pention and job. is she and her son has rights on my fathers job and property ?

she was not married to your father . how can she claim any share in your father pension ? . at best she was your father mistress . however her son will have rights on father property .

If live-in relationship, she acquire right equal to wife as per provision of DV Act.

The extra marital relationship is not legal as per India law so that lady with whom your father had illegal relations, has no right against either of the properties of your father as on day, however, the son born out of such illegal relationship has equal right in the property of your (his also) father.
The questions raised by Shroff seem silly in nature and I discard those.
