Dear Expats,
I married after 1 month icame to know that lady is suffering from schizopenia(insanity)after discuss their parents flew away with lady,after all discussion I present my case to court to void the marriage & meant time she started getting mantenace
After 3 yrs I came to know they have lodged 498a& 125 for separate maintenance in diffrernt court,as I am only son my father eye has no vision,mother paralysed due to tension but still my parents take bail,i have again looked for revision but not established.
pls guide how I should move to get bail in one day from higher court or same court

you cannot get bail in one day . contest 498A case on merits . if wife is already getting maintenance draw attention of court hearing 125 CR PC application to said order

file anticipatory bail if AB applicable in your state, if not then file regular bail before lower court along with the medical documents of your parents. mention all the detail regarding deceased of your parents & argue that you are the only person who is take care of them, you can get bail on this ground on same day.
