if you know where flat is located simply approach society where he has flat .

every building must have a notice board . take pics of notice board showing his flat details .

request secretary to give letter that your husband is owner of said flat . say you require same for your passport purposes . society will oblige

In addition you can ask for last 2-3 years IT returns for salary proof and if you know the company he is working you may approach to get salary certificate from there.

Wife must preserve Salary slips/ property papers in advance, and keep few good friends of his working/ business place..

WIFE is suppose to know and preserve Husband's activities, Can't be negligent , or not interested in husband's activity!!

Ask in cross examn. Apply in court to order hus to produce 3 yrs I Tax return + bank pass bk, all transactions/

Indian Parliament enact very good laws, but no provision to produce income proof! Lacuna of administration of justice to deserving starving children and wife!!

It must be made compulsory..
