Sir
Some years back my father has purchased a plot from a lady . But now we get to know that our name has not been registered at the office and the name of only the original partners has been registered from whom the lady has purchased it . In addition to this the selling paper b/w that lady and the two partners include sign of only one of them.. We are really in a great trouble and want help. Plz...

Your father has purchased the plot, presumed to be under registered sale deed, isn't it?
Whether the lady is incompetent to execute the sale deed? Who are the other two partners?

If you have a registered sale deed, then it is necessary to apply to the revenue department to make the mutation record and get the change in the title done.
If you think you have been cheated by the said lady, then you can file a criminal complaint against her or the earlier said partners.
But the documents related to the same need to be seen before giving the final solution.
