This query is : Resolved
I joined a Gov bank and worked for 3 months. I resigned the bank as to join another PSU. I paid 1 lakh bond amount plus 2 months salary for not serving notice period, and thus no breach of contract.
I came to know that bond can be transferred between PSUs. Which when I asked in bank HR, I was told NO.
My question is if the transfer of bond happens and if I can get my money back??

When the HR had already said No for that instead of going for hasty decisions wait for 3 months and check the status and then could be decided.

Full service conditions / related documents need to be referred.
You should prey the Bank in writing, examine the reply received.
You can also use RTI to get the information from both institutions.

What you said is Technical Resignation, which is available in Government departments, PSUs, etc. In that case, you can transfer the bond to the new PSU, no need to terminate the service contract.
You might have tried it earlier, now after terminating the same, it may not be possible.
Concentrate on your new official work.

PSUs are governed by their own service rules, which differ in each case and Bank rules are required to be referred.
However, you have already paid notice period salary and bond amount, you are entitled to get NOC from Bank, bond is, generally, non- transferable.

"I came to know that bond can be transferred between PSUs. "
Download the extent rules.
Take help of Bank employee's unions.
Pursue RTI route if required.
If you know then there is NO reason to trust HR person.
