Farmer certificate

Hi,
Help me.
I sold my all land in 20-12-2016 in gujarat. Now i want farmer certificate for buy a new land in gujarat. Can i get farmer certificate?

Farmer Certificate may be given by Revenue Department. I thin but it is not necessary to buy agricultural land.

After selling your land your locus of landlord/farmer is forfeited, hence not eligible for the requisite certificate.
However, consult a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts and guidance.
