Did you ask your query to your lawyer ? If so, what is his/her reply ?
Better to put this question before Chief Justice Patna High Court since experts on this platform may not be in a position to get the case listed or respond to your question "why"?.
It would be better to consult another local prudent lawyer for proper appreciation of facts, guidance and proceeding

Agreeing with Dr Vashista, I will add that this forum cannot be expected to be the spokesperson of the Court.
The experts on this forum provide free consultation within their limited time using their own electricity, net connection and time. This consultation is based on legal points when someone give facts of the case )(which you did not give)
You cannot expect the experts here to
(i) go to Mahila Thana in Distt Saran
(ii) read your case file
(iii) go to High Court
(iv) read your case file (unauthorizedly : without Vakalatname from you)
the
(v) interview Registrar and Judges (risking being jailed for contempt)
and then give you reply.

The case status could be accessed on the Court website http://patnahighcourt.gov.in/CaseStatus.aspx?CNO=QlJIQzAxMDM1MDY0MjAxNw%3d%3d-QqR60FQTPFQ%3d
it appears that no hearing has taken place and no orders issued; the matter is still pending for admission. You can instruct your advocate to seek early hearing.
It is the system in all the high Courts and the Supreme Court that Benches are reconstituted periodically, generally after the Court vacation.
