a sunni muslim divorce in the year 2019 has been completed with all settlement, but it is refused by a central govmt. agency, they require court decree.HOW it can be solved?

From July 2019 Legal-- Court Divorce is Legal Mandatory for Indian Muslims. Filing an Mutual Consent Divorce would simplify your process. Discuss in detail with your Advocate.
