drs case in supreme court

hi sir. im a doctor from a foreign medical institition & i have passed the mci screening test in sept 2009 held for us . but there has been a case running in the supreme court since october 2008 due to which we were not able to start our internship as of enen now. latest news is that case got postponed to a non-miscellaneous day of august for FINAL DISPOSAL. does is mean that that is the final hearing for this case & there will be a final verdict?
plls help me...thanks so much

Yes, if the hearing gets concluded on that day then the Hon'ble Court will pass the judgement.

U have not stated the nature of the case pending in the SC. If it is unrelated to your job or the criteria for selection I do not see any reason for it to come in the wy of your internship.

yes the details of the case ill mention now.
the case was first filed in hyderabad high court by foreign medical graduates of indian nationality who did medical schooling in tanzania.
case was filed against medical council of india in 2005 when some students had finished their internship but not given permament registration which is required if u want to practise in india.
verdict came in favour of students in andhra high court(hyderabad) & kerala high court. some say case also ran in in delhi high court & we had a positive verdict from there too but im not not sure of that part.
then MCI filed an appeal against students in supreme court with the case details being SLP case no 23641-23653 of 2008 & this was in october 2008.
since then case has been running & we students are stuck till case is over. we cannot start our internship nor can we work without registration anywhere.
nw on the latest hearing on july 19, 2010 the case again got postponed & its mentioned in their site that its for final disposal.
i really hope it finishes this time.
