    What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?
    The queries related to matrimonial disputes, family law, property law, civil law, criminal law, consumer protection acts, Human rights act, besides few other things, I will be able to answer/suggest/advice correctly to the extent possible.

    experience in Insurance and banking laws for over 15 years or so in other areas, have a reasonable experience of more than 10 years.

    Have published articles on how to prevent embezzlement, misappropriation of funds ad to have an effective control over the financial aspects etc. in the journal published periodically by the CSI Christian Minority Organization;

    I am a post graduate in economics and a law graduate with specialization in labor and criminal laws and also a PG diploma holder in Industrial relations and Personnel management from Bharatiya vidya Bhavan, Delhi.

    I am from chhattisgarh,my grandfather had 15acres of ancestral land and he died in 2004,but in government records he is still alive which means that 15acres have not been partioned because of some family issue which has been solved now,my grandfather family presently comprises of the following members: 1. His widow(my grandmother) 2. 1st son -having 2sons both 18+ 3. 2nd son( died in 2010) -had 2 daughters respect.19 and 10yrs. -had a wife,now his widow 4. 1st daughter( married) 5. 2nd daughter (married) So I want to knowhow the shares will get partioned since presently 3 out of 4 grandchildren are majors(18+) and also also my uncle.died (2010)after my grandfather died(2004) but still alive in government records having 15 acres still in have s name.

    Sir, Tamilnadu government have announced various schemes for women especially one of them is Dr. Muthulakshmi reddy intercaste marriage benefits scheme. I want to know if the groom is belongs to SC Hindu and bride is belongs to BC Vaaniya (Christian), whether they will be eligible for applying Intercaste benefits scheme after marriage. Because one case i knew that an application submitted by applicants got rejected saying that this scheme is only for hindu couples not for either one belongs to christian. Can you give me clear statement what indian law (or) tamilnadu government says about it...

    Respected Sir, My name is shanta patil, i was working in a company as a trainee. I joined the organization on 4th april 2016 and left on 7th july 2016. The reason of resigning is rude and unprofessional behavior of my team leader which he showed on 7th july and humiliated me because of coming late without informing.I lost my mentality to work with company and I stopped going to work. I met my manager on 15 july and complaint reg the rude and unprofessional behavior of Team Leader .I also sent resignation mail on same day and requested him to release the salary.He agreed and said that I shall refer it to HR DEpT. But no reply received after passing 45 days.When I contacted manager, he refused to say anything and asked me to contact HR.HR said I had not received any information from manager about such incident and as you have not served the notice period, I can not credit the salary. Then he send me the F&F statement showing deduction of stipend Rs 9000/ which is the salary of June-2016- for not serving notice period. It also showed the that I am eligible to get Rs-1275 only. I requested HR to credit the pending salary but he took one side decision. Sir, With Due respect I Request you to help me how should I proceed.I would also like to know if any legal provision in case employee quit the job for rude behavior without serving notice period.
