    What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?
    The queries related to matrimonial disputes, family law, property law, civil law, criminal law, consumer protection acts, Human rights act, besides few other things, I will be able to answer/suggest/advice correctly to the extent possible.

    experience in Insurance and banking laws for over 15 years or so in other areas, have a reasonable experience of more than 10 years.

    Have published articles on how to prevent embezzlement, misappropriation of funds ad to have an effective control over the financial aspects etc. in the journal published periodically by the CSI Christian Minority Organization;

    I am a post graduate in economics and a law graduate with specialization in labor and criminal laws and also a PG diploma holder in Industrial relations and Personnel management from Bharatiya vidya Bhavan, Delhi.

    Respected Sir, My name is shanta patil, i was working in a company as a trainee. I joined the organization on 4th april 2016 and left on 7th july 2016. The reason of resigning is rude and unprofessional behaviour of my team leader which he showed on 7th july and humiliated me because of coming late without informing.I lost my mentality to work with company and I stopped going to work. I met my manager on 15 july and complaint reg the rude and unprofessional behavior of Team Leader .I also sent resignation mail on same day and requested him to release the salary.He agreed. But no reply received after passing 45 days.When I contacted manager, he refused to say anything and asked me to contact HR.

    Sir, I joined a Government Deptt. in the final year of graduation when few months were left for examination. After joining the department I was issued Admit Card by the University after which I applied for permission from my office, which was granted on ground that I department has no objection if I have completed my attendance. Sir as we know that Admit Card are issued only after minimum required attendance. Therefore I appeared for the final graduation exam and passed. After passing I was issued degree from the univesity, Which was later attached to my Service Book. Recently I got to know that My attendance must have been short. But how can it is possible as I was issued Admit Card, I appeared and passed also. Sir my query is that if I will appear in any future exam were graduation is required, will I be rejected or harassed by the authorities? Please help me Sir I am in great Dilemma.....

    I have resigned from my current organization and would be joining a new company in about on 17th August. I had put on my resignation before one month, however HR and Management is not accepting it instead of that they are asking me to sign a legal affidavit in which it is written that I cannot join any organization to work. However I am serving the legally required notice period of 1 month from my side and have sent many reminder emails to management and HR. They have withhold my Salary and saying if I do not sign the affidavit they will not accept my resignation also. During joining they have taken 2 cheques amount of my salary of 2 months which if I leave the organization they are threatening to get it encashed. Please help me as they are not showing me company's policy also. What should I do. I have been stuck.

    Gud Nun Sir, In connection with a civil dispute, Kindly enlighten to the following queries:- 1. A Power of Attorney holder sells the property, accepts money in his own account and do not pays to the Principal. What is validity of such sale. 2. Property was purchased by brothers in the name of their mother, in around 1970-75. Father died around 80's. Do the daughter / sister of said brothers, have the inheritance right in light of the supreme courts judgement. 3. In case of disabled persons, whether the court fee is exempted in cvil suits? Is there any limit of disability for exemption. 4. Where property has been sold in considerable under valued amount, what other recourse can the Principal of POA can opt for. Thanks in advance.

    We have 12 flats out of which 10 are sold.1) Please let me know how much majority required to form cooperative society. 2) please let me know list of documents to be taken from builder while taking charge (maharashtra)
