    What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?
    The queries related to matrimonial disputes, family law, property law, civil law, criminal law, consumer protection acts, Human rights act, besides few other things, I will be able to answer/suggest/advice correctly to the extent possible.

    experience in Insurance and banking laws for over 15 years or so in other areas, have a reasonable experience of more than 10 years.

    Have published articles on how to prevent embezzlement, misappropriation of funds ad to have an effective control over the financial aspects etc. in the journal published periodically by the CSI Christian Minority Organization;

    I am a post graduate in economics and a law graduate with specialization in labor and criminal laws and also a PG diploma holder in Industrial relations and Personnel management from Bharatiya vidya Bhavan, Delhi.

    sir, my grandma is living in santhavasal village past 25 years in same place that place is government natham land...she had electricity connecting past 8years and paid house tax till 2009......now one person saying am having patta for this place so u get out but my grandma is living in that place past 25 years....can i file a case on him....if i file case means can i succeed...

    I and my two friends were riding in two motor vehicles .i and one of my friend was in one vehicle(i was A2 and one sitting at my back was A3) and my third friend(A1) was riding another vehicle.He(A1) did a wheelie and he hitted an ice cream vehicle .i and one of my friend didnot do anything ...the driver of ice cream vehicle didn't got injured but his vehicle got damaged.my friend (A1) left hand got fractured..but police filed case under sections ipc 308 279 337 and one another section (motor vehicle act) claiming that the ice cream driver got injured(which wasnot happened).But i(A2) and my friend(A3) didnot do anything but the police framed that we cheered up our friend(A1) for doing such wheelie.But the real thing is we(A2&A3) came only after the actual incident took place.we had been remanded and got bail after 5 days.....please tell me that if we will be sent to jail again in future....please help me...

    I am 29 Years old I have a daughter of 3 Years. I am married on 23 May 2010. I am living single from 23 May 2013 onwards. I have filed RCR & got Decree in RCR To live with me. But she doesnt come to live with me. So after 1 Year of getting decree from RCR Case, Now i have filed Divorce case.I am a Government employee. So i have to work mostly in Other states than my Home state Tamilnadu. I am a New Pension Scheme employee My Total Gross pay is -23000/- (In this Scheme 10% Of my Basic + Grade pay is given my Government) My Net Pay is 19000/-. My Saving is 10% Government Contribution + same amount Only That is Compulsory. Till Now She is not Employed. Before marriage she has completed +12 Now she is pursuing Degree. My daughter is studying in LKG. HOW MUCH AMOUNT I HAVE TO PAY AS MAINTENANCE CHARGE APPROXIMATELY, ... IF it is annually means how much & monthly means how much . I have filed case as per cruelty & Not obeying RCR.( section 13(1)(i-a) & 13(1-A)(ii) Pls guide me...
