    What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?
    The queries related to matrimonial disputes, family law, property law, civil law, criminal law, consumer protection acts, Human rights act, besides few other things, I will be able to answer/suggest/advice correctly to the extent possible.

    I am 29 Years old I have a daughter of 3 Years. I am married on 23 May 2010. I am living single from 23 May 2013 onwards. I have filed RCR & got Decree in RCR To live with me. But she doesnt come to live with me. So after 1 Year of getting decree from RCR Case, Now i have filed Divorce case.I am a Government employee. So i have to work mostly in Other states than my Home state Tamilnadu. I am a New Pension Scheme employee My Total Gross pay is -23000/- (In this Scheme 10% Of my Basic + Grade pay is given my Government) My Net Pay is 19000/-. My Saving is 10% Government Contribution + same amount Only That is Compulsory. Till Now She is not Employed. Before marriage she has completed +12 Now she is pursuing Degree. My daughter is studying in LKG. HOW MUCH AMOUNT I HAVE TO PAY AS MAINTENANCE CHARGE APPROXIMATELY, ... IF it is annually means how much & monthly means how much . I have filed case as per cruelty & Not obeying RCR.( section 13(1)(i-a) & 13(1-A)(ii) Pls guide me...

    I am a Muslim girl, married 2.5 yrs back. I have filed 498A n 377 on my husband. Now he married second time in last week. I have photos of his second marraige. What can i do with these photos? Can I file a case against him for his second marraige? My another question is my husband is forcing me to withdaw the cases and for that he want me to go in high court as according to his advocate 377 can't be withdraw in session court. But for this my husband is demanding a divorce from me he is telling me that without divorce we cant withdraw the cases from high court. Is it true?  I am affraid if he files a case against me after divorce then? Thats why i dont want to divorce him before withdrawal of cases. What should I do? Shall I give him a divorce before withdrawal of cases? Is divorce really compulsory for the withdrawal of 498A and 377? Please help me. Waiting for your help. Thanks in anticipation

    Sir, as per Amendments in Ex-servicemen (Re-employment in Central Civil Services and Posts) Rules, 2012 notification No. 36034/1/2006-Estt(Res) 04/10/2012 (c) An 'ex-serviceman' means a person - (ii) who has been released from such service -after completing the specific period of engagement, otherwise than at his own request, or by way of dismissal, or discharge on account of misconduct or inefficiency and has been given a gratuity; and includes personnel of the Territorial Army, namely, pension holders for continuous embodied service or broken spell of qualifying service; if an armed forces personnel(i.e) airmen gets discharge after completing 07 years and 10 months of service on account of inefficiency and has been given gratuity will he be an ex-servicemen or not as per the above notification

    Sir, The Section 4& 6 Notification under Land Acquisition Act 1894 were issued on 26.09.2007 and 25.09.2008. The Award was passed on 24.09.2010. I kept representing requesting for release of land. Got assuring replies. On 02.06.2014 I was told during my personal visit to Govt office that my case had been rejected on 01.03.2013 .
